The new Cork Medical Centre is the first new hospital in the Region for 30 years. The private hospital is said to be the most technologically advanced hospital ever developed in Ireland, facilitating a high level of service to patients through its array of sophisticated medical equipment and situated within a fresh, modern environment. It’s no surprise therefore that Cableflow’s systems were selected to enhance and deliver patient care services in such an advanced installation.
The hospital has 73 single rooms, with infection control and has the capacity to offer treatment to over 39,000 patients annually. The main focus of the hospital is surgery; hence the 4 operating theatres and the Same Day Surgery centre for minor procedures and an Endoscopy Theatre where Cableflow’s high dependency equipment has also been fitted.
