We are delighted to announce that Cableflow have successfully handed over the complete bedhead services installation to Baileys and BAM Construction on the current Phase 2a Redevelopment works at Great Ormond Street Hospital in Central London.
The new £300 million Mittal’s Children’s Medical Centre at GOSH encompasses the Phase 2a Morgan Stanley Clinical Building (MSCB).
GOSH and BAM Construction developed The PANEL bedhead services concept, bespoke to the stringent requirements of GOSH’s paediatric care philosophies alongside Cableflow and the results reflect a new approach to hotel services in clinical environments.
Scheduled to open early in 2012, the LDY designed MSCB will be able to treat up to 20 per cent more children at GOSH. Facilities will include new kidney, neurosciences and heart and lung centres; seven floors of modern inpatient wards for children with acute conditions and chronic illnesses; state-of-the-art operating theatres enabling more operations on children with complex conditions; and enhanced diagnostic and treatment facilities offering faster and more accurate services for patients.
